This Driver Privacy Policy describes how DRIVERS 24/7 collects, processes, uses, stores, and protects personal data of Drivers using the Platform.
The Company collects and processes Driver personal data including identity details, contact information, driving licence details, vehicle documentation, location data, trip records, device and application data, communications, and support interactions for purposes including driver onboarding, service facilitation, safety monitoring, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, performance evaluation, regulatory compliance, and legal obligations.
Location data may be collected in real time and in the background to enable booking allocation, trip tracking, and safety monitoring. Such data is processed strictly for operational and compliance purposes.
Driver personal data may be shared with law enforcement authorities, regulatory bodies, insurance partners, or authorised service providers strictly on a need-to-know basis and only where legally required or operationally necessary.
Driver data shall be retained only for lawful, operational, safety, regulatory, and compliance purposes. Drivers may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
The Application may request limited access to device features such as camera access for document uploads, verification, or QR code scanning. The Company does not engage in background camera monitoring and does not store or share images except where required for verification, safety, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
